Why the village is on the verge of ending

THAT IS THE REASON VILLAGE IS ON THE VERGE OF ENDING 

Some of the main reasons for migration are lack of basic amenities like roads, electricity, water, health, education, lack of employment for the youth. Failure of farmers' crops to get fair prices, rain on time due to change in weather cycle and Loss of crops due to incessant rains, lack of knowledge of farming in modern and scientific way to farmers, lack of telecommunication and means of transport, health facilities Lack of ons, no concrete plan for women, and the monkey and the langurs have done the right thing in all this. Those who come to the village every day destroy the entire crops and fruit trees, many kilometers to the children. One has to reach the schools after covering the distance. Due to this, many children are unable to go to school.

RISING UNEMPLOYMENT 

The other problem is employment. When the schools are not right and the education system is not proper then how will the children be able. Then from where will the youth get employment? There is no concrete plan from the government for employment. Therefore, the youth of the mountain either get recruited in the army or they are forced to leave their village and do a small job in a distant city. Due to this, they reach the trough of despair, from where they get caught in alcohol and intoxication, even in today's era, the village does not have the basic facilities. There is no access to electricity and road.

LACKS OF MEANS 

There is no means of remote communication. In many villages, even primary health center is not available. If there is a primary health center in any village, then there is a huge shortage of doctors and medicines. If he becomes ill, even today, he is taken in a dolly and traveled for a distance of several kilometers to the road from where he is taken to a nearby hospital. Land will just say one honest government, an honest representative and an effective plan then there is the even someone not to come to work in the "mountain water mountain of youth" Both mountain.

पलायन के कुछ मुख्य कारण हैं मूलभूत सुविधाओं का अभाव जैसे सड़क, बिजली, पानी, स्वास्थ्य ,शिक्षा, युवाओं के लिए रोजगार का ना होना।किसानों के फसलों का उचित मूल्य ना मिलना, मौसम चक्र में आए बदलाव के कारण वक्त पर बारिश ना होनाऔर बेवक्त की बारिश से फसलों का नुकसान होना ,किसानों को आधुनिक व वैज्ञानिक तरीके से खेती की जानकारी ना होना दूरसंचार व यातायात के साधनों में कमी होना, स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं का अभाव, महिलाओं को लेकर कोई ठोस योजना नहीं और इन सब में रही सही कसर बंदर व लंगूरों ने पूरी कर दी।जो आए दिन गांव में आकर पूरी की पूरी फसलों व फल फूल के पेड़ों को नष्ट कर देते हैं बच्चों को कई किलोमीटर की दूरी तय कर विद्यालयों में पहुंचना पड़ता है। इस वजह से कई बच्चे स्कूल भी नहीं जा पाते हैं

           बढ़ती बेरोजगारी 

दूसरी समस्या रोजगार है।जब स्कूल ही सही नहीं होंगे व शिक्षा व्यवस्था ही उचित नहीं होगी तो बच्चे कैसे काबिल होंगे । फिर युवाओं को रोजगार कहां से मिलेगा ? सरकार की तरफ से कोई ठोस योजना रोजगार के लेकर नहीं है ।इसलिए पहाड़ का युवा या तो फौज में भर्ती हो जाता है।या फिर अपना गांव छोड़कर दूर शहर में छोटी मोटी नौकरी करने को मजबूर होता है।कई युवा तो रोजगार ना मिलने की वजह से  निराशा के गर्त में पहुंच जाते हैं जहां से वह शराब और नशे की गिरफ्त में आ जाते हैं आज के युग में भी गांव में मूलभूत सुविधाएं नहीं हैं ।जैसे बिजली व सड़क कई गांव में तो अभी भी बिजली व सड़क नहीं पहुंची है 

  साधनों की कमी

दूर संचार के कोई साधन नहीं है।कई गांवों में तो प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र भी उपलब्ध नहीं है।अगर किसी गांव में प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र है भी तो वहां पर डॉक्टर और दवाइयों की भारी कमी है ।अगर कोई व्यक्ति बीमार हो जाता है तो आज भी डोली में बिठाकर कई किलोमीटर की दूरी तय कर सड़क तक पहुंचाया जाता है।जहां से उसे किसी नजदीकी अस्पताल में ले जाया जाता है।जरूरत है बस एक इमानदार सरकार की ,एक ईमानदार जनप्रतिनिधि की और एक कारगर योजना की।और सबसे फिर किसी को यह नही कहना पड़ेगा कि “ पहाड़ का पानी पहाड़ की जवानी” दोनों पहाड़ के काम नहीं आते
